My journey into affiliate marketing began 6 years ago in late 2002 when I was in college.

While I’m sitting at his desk working on his computer I look down and see a few of his financial statements laying on the desk and notice that this guy has over $2 million in stocks in his portfolio! 

 

That’s when it finally hit me…      

       

“My hard work and talents and those of every other employee were making this guy rich while he plays golf 3 days a week!” 

I finally understood that if I really wanted to succeed I needed to have my own business.

From that moment, I decided to take the plunge and embark on my first entrepreneurial venture, which sadly turned out to be a dismal FLOP.

But I realized only later that this failure was actually...

I tried starting my own IT consulting business, but the idea bombed badly. So I was forced to stay on in school for another year unwillingly.

Then one day, I accidentally stumbled onto a concept called "Affiliate marketing".   

The idea that you could make money by selling other people’s stuff, without having a product of your own and without offering any customer support was amazing to me, and I was hooked. 

I decided to start off by promoting other's products...using another new discovery for me called Google Adwords. 

 

Long story short... 

After numerous trials and tribulations, and losing a lot of money in the process, I've finally reached the position I’m at now.
